Who's invited to these sessions?
Skaters of all skill and experience levels, ages 4-19 years of age are invited to participate in the team tryout/placement process. All skaters who attend their team placement session(s) will be invited to a 2025-2026 AEU team. No skaters are cut, rather they are sorted/placed by our expert staff onto the team roster that best suits their age, skill, experience, and success for the upcoming season.

Am I committing to anything by attending/registering for team placement/tryout session(s)?
No. There is no commitment for attending/registering your skater for March team placement/tryout sessions. Once sessions are completed, skaters will receive a personalized team invitation via email (typically within 7-10 days of final session date for their group). Upon receipt of their personalized team invitation, each skater/family will then have an additional period (usually 5-10 days) to read over all relevant information (i.e. costs, schedules, guidelines, etc.) of their invited team to make a full commitment decision for the season.
